A, “Free Estimate,” is a word of mouth ball park figure, somewhere between this minimum and that maximum. It, “Is not,” a written proposal or contract. A, “Proposal is,” just that, an estimate of the total cost. This is why the contract reads: Any alterations or deviations from above specifications will result in extra costs and will only be executed upon written orders. We do our, “Best,” to figure out all that the job will cost, and with 26 years of experience, 14 of them in business itself, we can say we do a good job. There are times though, when unforeseen things come up, which is why we give you a minimum and that maximum total. If then your budget does not allow you to take the risk, I would suggest that you do not take the risk, better safe than sorry. If then our honesty is in question, and you’re not sure we would be fair, then we do have references, licenses, certificates that speak for us when it comes down to our credibility & workmanship.
